We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Our aim is simple: process orders efficiently and deliver them reliably.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

During product launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will communicate clearly.

UK Shipping:

We currently offer UK-wide delivery only.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Express UK Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and peak periods.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping during launch periods or promotional events.

Order Tracking:

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

FERG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Courier issues
• Weather conditions
• Peak demand periods

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure a fair outcome.
